- New Hampshire collects variable fee: 2/10 of 1% of the New Hampshire aggregate offering Price, to a maximum of $1,050, for each security being registered. A $200 examination fee is also required for each security being registered. Fees should be payable to “State of New Hampshire”. Payments should be sent to the following address:
