NASAA Investor Protection and Education Foundation

About the Foundation

Welcome to the NASAA Investor Protection and Education Foundation. We bring together research, education, and advocacy to strengthen investor protection, empower informed decision-making, and help prevent investment fraud.

Established in June 2025 with support from the Investor Protection Trust, the Foundation advances evidence-based securities regulation and develops practical tools and programs that enhance investor confidence and strengthen protections across North America.

The Foundation is guided by a nine-member Board of Directors, whose collective experience, insights and passion are instrumental in the pursuit of evidence-based solutions to enhance investor protection and education.
