NASAA’s membership recently passed a model rule for a program similar to FINRA’s MQP program, called EVEP (Examination Validity Extension Program) for the Series 63 exam and the Series 63 portion of the Series 66. This program has not been adopted by any states yet so there is not currently a program to opt into. As state’s begin adopting the model rule, we will be rolling out a program that will allow eligible individuals to maintain the validity of their Series 63 and Series 63 portion of their Series 66 exam. You can read the approved model rules at the links below and keep an eye out for news regarding states adopting the rule.
