- If the issuer knows who the selling agent will be at the time of the filing, it should inform Maryland of that in a cover letter
- Maryland collects a variable fee. The filing fee is 0.1% of the maximum aggregate offering price being offered in the State, with a minimum fee of $500 and a maximum fee of $1500.
