    • A Consent to Service of Process (Form U2)
    • SEC Form 1-A with exhibits
    • Detailed itemization of all offering expenses
    • Corporate resolution
    • Incorporation documents and exhibits
    • Options and warrants policy
    • Applicant escrow agreement of offering proceeds (if applicable)
    • Debt securities trust indenture
  • Florida collects a fixed fee of $1000. Payments are submitted through a proprietary licensing system via credit card or ACH payment.  Florida, by rule, does not accept paper checks.
