 - Missouri collects a variable fee. For registration of up to $100,000 of securities in Missouri, the filing fee is $100. To register more than $100,000, the registration fee is 1/20th of 1% of the amount above $100,000. The maximum total fee is $1,000. Fees should be payable to “Missouri Secretary of State”.
