NASAA Statement on Confirmation of Paul Atkins as SEC Chairman

WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 10, 2025) — The following is a statement Leslie Van Buskirk, President of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) and Wisconsin Securities Administrator, on the confirmation of Paul Atkins to serve as Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission:
