October 18, 2010 Utah’s Division of Securities has issued three notices of proposed rules, including:
- Custody Requirements for Investment Advisers
- Licensing Requirements for Investment Advisers
- Broker-Dealer and Investment Adviser Books and Records Requirements
The comment period is open through 5 p.m. on November 15, 2010. The rules became effective on November 22, 2010.
