WASHINGTON (July 28, 2004)— Effective Monday, August 2, the corporate office of the North American Securities Administrators Association, Inc. (NASAA) will relocate to 750 First Street, N.E., Suite 990, Washington, DC, 20002. NASAA’s telephone and fax numbers, and website and e-mail addresses, will not change.

NASAA Executive Director John H. Hanley said the organization’s Board of Directors approved the move last fall. NASAA moved into its current corporate office in 1997. The new location includes additional offices and newer, more advanced infrastructure.

“Our new corporate office will better enable NASAA’s Washington staff to serve our members in their efforts to protect investors from fraud and abuse,” Hanley said.

Hanley also noted that, as part of the move, computer and telephone operations at the current office would be disconnected during the afternoon of Friday, July 30.

NASAA is the oldest international organization devoted to investor protection. Its membership consists of the securities administrators in the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
