- Kansas collects a variable fee: 0.05% of the maximum aggregate offering price; there is a minimum fee of $100 and a maximum fee of $1,500. Note, however, that a fee moratorium is currently in place for all securities registrations that would require payment of a fee due from July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022.
