NASAA Board of Directors

NASAA’s Board of Directors is responsible for the association’s planning and policy development. The president and directors are elected annually from the ranks of the membership.

	Jack Herstein Nebraska President Mr. Herstein is the Assistant Director of the Nebraska Bureau of Securities.
	A. Heath Abshure Arkansas Vice President Mr. Abshure is the Securities Commissioner for the Arkansas Securities Department.
	David Massey North Carolina Past President Mr. Massey is Deputy Securities Administrator of the North Carolina Securities Division.
	Rick Hancox New Brunswick Secretary Mr. Hancox is the Executive Director of the New Brunswick Securities Commission.
	Fred J. Joseph Colorado Treasurer Mr. Joseph is Securities Commissioner for the State of Colorado.
	Steven Irwin Pennsylvania Director Mr. Irwin is a Securities Commissioner for the State of Pennsylvania.
	Melanie Senter Lubin Maryland Director Ms. Lubin is the Securities Commissioner for the Maryland Division of Securities.
	Andrea Seidt Ohio Director Ms. Seidt is the Commisioner for the Ohio Division of Securities.
	Patricia Struck Wisconsin Director Ms. Struck is the Wisconsin Securities Administrator.
