	Joseph P. Borg Alabama Director Mr. Borg is Director of the Alabama Securities Commission
	Jack Herstein Nebraska Treasurer Mr. Herstein is the Assistant Director of the Nebraska Bureau of Securities.
	Melanie Senter Lubin Maryland Director Ms. Lubin is the Maryland Securities Commissioner.
